The cement tank trailer uses advanced 3D design software to design our effective tank volume to be larger and reasonably designed. The fluidized bed in the large tank corner enables faster discharge and lower residues.

For the tank body of the cement tank trailer, high-strength wear-resistant steel is used as the tank body material. This material is three times stronger than other materials. Trailers using this material are generally used for more than 10 years, and their service life is twice that of ordinary steel trailers.

The tank body is welded by felt plate machine, one-time forming, high-quality welding seam ensures no air leakage and long service life.

The steel frame of the cement tank trailer is made of top-quality hot-rolled or rolled steel plates, with automatic welded longitudinal beams, pre-treated with advanced sanding and painting processes.

Axle: This trailer currently uses the famous brand 13t axle FUWA, we can use BPW axle according to customer requirements.

Engine: This cement bulk semi-trailer adopts Weichai 4102 or 4105 high-power and high-quality engine. This engine is the most popular and easy to operate, and the most powerful.

Compressor: We choose Bohai brand 12 or 14 CBM compressor. The discharge volume is large, and the discharge height is greater than 25 meters. The compressor provides fast, strong and stable power.
