Advantages
We have carried out a series of designs for the tank body, and the outer shell is supported by axial combination, so that the tank body will not cause relative displacement and structural deformation between the tank body and the outer shell due to overshoot during operation, so that the tank body will break and fill and liquefy Brackets and pipes resulting from cold shrinkage after natural gas.
For the sake of convenience and safety, the external pipes and fittings of the tank are arranged at the other end of the tank body, which can form a protective cover for protection. The installation of the pipeline system can meet the filling and supply of LNG.
LNG tank trailer principle:
After the lng is transported from the gasoline source to the lng fuel deliver station within the gas-ingesting metropolis by means of a road tanker truck or a tank trailer, the air temperature booster vaporizer on the tanker is used to enhance the pressure of the tanker storage tank to 0.6mpa and the storage tank at the same time.
The tank stress is reduced to approximately zero. 4mpa, in order that a pressure difference of approximately 0.2mpa is formed among the tanker and the lng storage tank, and the lng in the tanker is unloaded into the garage tank of the fuel deliver station by using using this pressure difference. At the end of unloading, the natural gasoline within the tanker is recovered through the fuel section pipeline of the unloading platform.
